Tampines North

Tampines North is an extension of Tampines Town, was first announce in the URA draft master plan 2013. When fully development, Tampines North are target to provide about 21,000 new homes spread across 240 hectares, two primary and two secondary school, and a new community centre. Tampines North is envisioned as an extension of the well-established Tampines town, with a focus on creating a sustainable, vibrant, and well-connected community. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has planned Tampines North to be a “Green Shoot and Green Flower” neighborhood, symbolizing the area’s growth and integration into the larger Tampines region.
